**Catherine Noël: Having spent her childhood following in the footsteps of her father, a hunter and fisherman, she retains a love of nature that she explores in her gouaches, oil paintings, ceramics, and bronze sculptures. She lives in a mill nestled in the heart of the Marches de Bretagne, and her husband built her a studio that opens out onto a pond frequented by kingfishers and ducks.
She has been exhibiting her work in France and abroad since 1980.
