From July 20 to August 12, 2012, the Château de Bourgon will host a talented painter: Florence d’Ersu. She will present watercolors on the theme of flora and fauna, some of which were observed in the vicinity of this listed historic monument.
Something new: pastels on linen canvas! Here’s a colorful collection: from the pommelé Percheron to the blue dragonfly and the green frog…
Florence d’Ersu offers postcards featuring her artwork—affordable for every budget!
For a different budget, she can also create a watercolor painting of your property…
The opening of Florence d’Ersu’s exhibition was a resounding success. It was an opportunity to bring together art lovers and neighbors of the château. It’s always a pleasant, convivial occasion that helps raise the artist’s profile and encourages her (she was bombarded with questions in the middle of the crowd!).
Every year, Bourgon Castle hosts Scout camps.
A “service” is offered to the owners as a token of appreciation for making the campsite available. This year, the SUF guides from Orléans provided the service during the opening reception—it was exemplary! Just like their camp, which was kept in wonderful condition.
